celenax3 Hi I was packaging the iPhone case and not the actually case but the side piece cracked (that goes around the volume, side buttons, etc). I would not feel comfortable selling you something broken😞 I am so sorry for the inconvenience and please feel free to shop through my closet 😊

celenax3 I don't think they will charge you because I did not ship the item. I will message customer service and on my end I explained then item got "damaged" and they sent me an email that said "do not send item". I will definitely message them so you're not charged👍
