thriftythistle Hi Rosa. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the BORN clogs you bought from me. I want you to be satisfied. And I also was very surprised by your rating and comment, I only wore those shoes about 10 times, and I had no knowledge of any issues with them. Could you attach a photo here of the issue? Did you know you could return them? Although you may be past the 3 day window. I'd like to try to resolve this with you as my rating (and your satisfaction) is very important to me.

rosinga66 @thriftythistle I really don't know how to attach pictures but those shoes were not worn 10 times, the heel is worn out and when i put them on, there's a bump on the bottom of the shoe. I'm so sorry maybe you missed all those details. I'm very happy with other thing i bought from you. Thank you.

toritaylor19 The Clarks hadn't been worn 10 times. Only one time. They were in Pristine condition and there was no heel wear as is seen on my pictures. Perhaps you are mistaking my post with your previous post since she said that her shoes were worn 10 times. Mine had not been worn 10 times and had no heel wear. In any case the next time that you would like a discount make sure that you bundle in advance so that the discount will be applied. There is no way that I can apply a discount after you buy.
