aruba1313 Hi Rosa so sorry the necklace detached . It must have detached when I packaged it . It should be good once you wear it. I have never had a problem while wearing this necklace. When putting it away trying to put it away flat that should help your necklace. Hope you enjoy your necklace . Sylvia😊
