ljfrag Hi you should let poshmark know via email that you never received your order. I shipped it on time so on my end there's nothing I can do and the one star rating unfairly affects me :/

aurora6verena I did contact them. It would not allow me to select that I never got order without choosing the rating and I could not accurately rate the item since I never got it. I have reported a problem and emailed poshmark directly as well.
