I'm sorry you were not satisified with your purchase. The boot sizing is by the company, not by myself or any seller. As a seller i do my best to accurately describe items, as the boots were a size 7 by their maker(ugg) that is how they were listed.

Hello, thank you for shipping the shawl to return, you will be refunded by Poshmark as soon as it arrives. Also, Wikipedia defines maroon as reddish purple. Sorry this did not work with your skin tone, as you stated.
