poshaddict76 I purchased your coach purse and need to return it. I just got done planning my uncle's funeral so was unable to check the mail. Therefore, I did not get my complaint in on time. I have emailed Posh and am waiting for a response. The purse had over 10 very noticeable scratches on it that were not disclosed in your listing. I would like a full refund. I am very disappointed. Please do not list items and not mention horrible flaws. That is very dishonest and cruel.
