mace4real Hello. I purchased a pair of platform lace covered heels back in September from you. Once I received them, I looked to ensure there was no damage and placed them in a closet as they were a Christmas gift. Now I find out that each heel is a different size. One is a 7 the other is an 8, which is the size I ordered. Can you help resolve this issue?

rosieposie143 @mace4real - Hi, so sorry. I just got this message. I do not have any other lace heels, would you mind providing a picture of the size on both heels. I must have not noticed myself when I purchased as I did not wear but sold. I couldn't replace but I could certainly give you another item from my available item to replace for the inconvenience. I never had this sort of matter but willing to do whatever I can to make up for it.

If you look on your original post of the heels, you have one photo showing the soles. If you look in that photo you can see the size stickers on each and they do not match. One says a size 7 and the other a size 8. If you look under "my closet" on my profile, I reposted your photo from your original listing. Please take a look and let me know if you need any additional information.

I would still like to rectify, though I don't have a replacement of those exact heels what can I do for you? I can post other 8 heels not yet listed or see about how I can your money returned? As I mentioned this has never occurred so I need to ask Poshmark how to give back what you spent for the item.
