bmglmr2 @rororo7 so I think I know what may have happened. I am so embarrassed 😳, but I may have put the wrong shipping label on the package 🤦🏽‍♀️. In my haste to get it to the post office I think I grabbed a duplicate (from a filled order) and didn’t double check! I’m going to take my receipt to the post office tomorrow and see if they can track it.

bmglmr2 I sent another email. Maybe it’s a different issue. I didn’t ask at the PO because I thought PM was handling it. Going to take my receipt there shortly and ask if they can track it!

bmglmr2 @rororo7 I think so too! I sent them another email (wish I could call 🙄) with some additional information. I’m hoping they can track it. The post office couldn’t track it...apparently there isn’t a tracking number on PM shipping labels 🤷🏽‍♀️.

bmglmr2 Have you heard anything more from PM? I’ve emailed them a couple more times and I have not gotten any response. I have no idea what’s going on. The post office can’t track the package....it has to be PM. I wish I knew more 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’ll keep you posted if/when I do.

bmglmr2 @rororo7 😡....so frustrating! I emailed them several times asking for updates and/or giving them information. I received one response on Saturday simply saying they are working with the person who received it 🤷🏽‍♀️.

pacnw29 Hi Rosanne! You just bought the Dolce Vita booties from my closet. I wanted to extend an elated thanks to you for purchasing from me as I know you had many other closet's to choose from. My post office was out of the plastic protective covers to ship oversized boxes in so they had me tape up the box to send it that way. It is very securely taped and if you wanted to save the box for storing the coating should allow the tape to peel off nicely.
