kinzieuvo @rosannewarner hello! I was just checking the status of the order I shipped and for some reason it says “return to sender” did you not ever receive it? I don’t know what could have happened?! I know it was Xmas time and post office was slammed but I’ve never had this happen! I’d like to make it right! Thanks!

rosannewarner @kinzieuvo I dont know what happened. Shipping details says it was in OLATHE, KS on December 31, and then “returned to sender”. I’m in Rochester, NY I have absolutely no idea what happened.

rosannewarner @kinzieuvo I’m sorry but this is just ridiculous! I’ve received over 30 orders in November & December, totaling over $600. Why in the world would me address all of a sudden be questioned? It’s been the same address for 13 years & no changes have been made to my personal profile. Could you please let me know what address was on the label? That didn’t “make it” to me.

kinzieuvo @rosannewarner I totally agree it’s ridiculous! I sold and delivered many things in December and have no idea why this happened! 59 Mcardle street Rochester Ny 14611 is the address that was on the shipping label. I’ve actually never had an issue shipping anything

kinzieuvo This is the tracking 9405510899359971347350 and I have the email stating it shipped on December 26th. I took it to the post office the morning of the 26th obviously they were closed in the 25th. I understand if you want to cancel the order, if it ever gets back to me I would ship it back to you of course

rosannewarner I’m assuming you don’t have to pay for shipping twice. If it was me, I’d call that post office & ask why it was stamped “return to sender”

rosannewarner @kinzieuvo at this point, yes, I’d like to cancel the order. There still is no explanation as to what happened; and my credit card is sitting with this charge on it for 2 weeks. Neither of us is at fault. Did poshmark screw up my address or did the post office screw something up?

kinzieuvo @rosannewarner I just got an email from Poshmark saying the package is no longer tracking so they are considering it lost and refunding your card! Ugh sorry about all this! I’ve been selling along time and never lost a package!
