p31gal @rosebud007 … Rose, I checked the dress & measured the waist & hips. You should be fine with your measurements. Also, the black piece is part of the dress not an attachment. The waist measured 15” flat lay & the hips 18.5”. The fabric also has stretch to it.☺️
