jdre768 I’m so sorry the eye shadow busted! That’s one issue I’ve had with naked pallets. I never dropped them and the shadow would be busted and I never knew how. I put a ton of bags in there so unfortunately I’m not sure how to prevent that from happening. I’m guessing eye shadows are not best to ship. The pallet was wiped down with alcohol as well so there’s no issue with cleanliness. I’m sorry it shattered though. I have the naked 3 too and it’s also shattered for no reason.
