pamelajlandon I've been trying to return something you accidentally sent me, but the customer support system is totally useless. You sent me a chevron cardigan last week by accident. You sold me some rain boots right before that so I'm thinking it had something to do with that. I want to return it to you so you can send it to the right person, but I'm not sure how. I've reached out to customer support no less than 6 times and they keep going round and round and never fixing this issue. What can I do?
