talofateine123 Hello you made a purchase from my closet a few days ago- bundle of 3 vintage earrings. There seems to be an issue with the tracking. I dropped the package off at one of the drop boxes but it has not started tracking. I contacted the post office and the said it may have shipped without being scanned. I was wondering if you have received your order already. If so I will need to notify Poshmark so they can correct it.

sweetdealshoppe @talofateine123 the item didn’t arrive yesterday and it has yet to populate a tracking number. I suppose if it has not arrived my Monday I will have to cancel. I have to figure out how this works with delayed packages. This is a first for me on Poshmark

talofateine123 @sweetdealshoppe I completely understand. I will need to find out from the post office how I could file a claim. This is definitely a concern for me. I had it happen once before on another item but it finally tracked like four days later. It looks like I may need to start having them scan while I’m there. I usually drop items at the counter. I sincerely apologize for this mishap.
