Have some confidence that one rating won’t ruin the credential of your business and find something better to do. I think it’s fair, and I think you’ve lost any future business from me just for arguing. I’m not changing my rating.

ladanm_1 @lupus_invicta I was going to mention why did you purchase the second one. Poshmark gives option to open a case if the item is not as described, you should have utilized that option. And if you are not happy with second ring , open a case for refund and return.

lupus_invicta @ladan_1 I bought the second ring as a gift. Not that I need to explain myself to you. It’s overall, not as big of a deal as you are making it. I decided that I liked the ring enough to keep it, but that your rating should reflect the discretion. I waited a week because I have better things to do than argue with someone on a business forum. Keep arguing with me, and I’ll lower it further for your unprofessionalism.
