sisrdh I just received new fitbit from you yesterday & have had to charge it 2 times in less than 24 hours. I accepted it after first charge thinking all was good, but obviously is not. I would like to return & get full refund. I have already emailed poshmark as well to help with this matter. Thank you!

18roses4u @sisrdh hi, thank you for your message. I sincerely and deeply apologize. We bought that Fitbit however I never got to open or you it because we upgraded to an iPhone and Apple Watch. Let me follow up and find out how we can process a refund. It was never opened and therefore I would have not known that it doesn’t work. 18roses4u Hi. I just got a response back via email from Poshmark. It mentioned that the buyer has to contact Poshmark for concerns or questions about the purchase. Again, I am ready to refund your money but don’t know how to handle through Poshmark.

sisrdh @18roses4u I did send them several emails describing the details & was basically told that once I had "accepted" the fitbit they cannot refund $ once they have been released to you. I responded back how it was less than 24 hours that I realized it truly didn't work & was told fitbits are "electronics" & are not allowed to be bought/sold on this website (?which obviously they are as we can see).

18roses4u @doublesouthern hi there! Packaging was so cute and the magazine was a nice gesture. I’m a bit disappointed, brought it to the 2 cobblers and they won’t fix it coz it’ll take much work/cost much. Also, I didn’t request for a pic of the bottom of the shoes/heals but it is more used that described and I thought that the zipper was the only issue. I’ll probably suck it up and donate them as it makes me sad looking at them. 😭

doublesouthern @18roses4u It cost $45 for a new zipper here. They cost a few hundred dollars. It is worth it. I should have spent the $45 to fix them as I offered and just sold them for that plus the zipper cost. They are worth to repair and wear or resale. Gosh I wish they could get here inexpensive and I would just do that for you. Seriously. The boots are beautiful leather. These type of boots are sold for several hundred. Definitely worth repairing the zipper.
