My issue was with the delivery time...it took time for the item to be shipped to me. Because of the delay, I even received an email from Poshmark stating I could cancel the item due to the delay. Other than that, the top is great

@jennyhuara this bag I’ve owned longer than the newer bags I’ve sold, nothings wrong with it, needs some tlc cleaning and some wearage on the outter edges. The other purses never needed cleaning, so I just felt really bad haha! I just want everyone to be happy with their purchases 💕

I think the pictures were a little deceiving and the bag appeared to be in better condition.
On another note, I really appreciate your effort in contacting me and trying to make it right.

You’re not going to believe this but I dropped your necklace and one of the black rings shattered so I am so sorry but I broke your necklace. I can do one of to three things, I can refund your money, give you another necklace with a bigger discount more than what you paid or I can get this one fixed. I don’t know with this black ring what they could do to fix it though unless they can match it up with the other side. Please just let me know what you want me to do
