Hi! Just saw the case about the boots. I asked for a refund for you. I honestly didn’t notice it loose or not intact at all- or I wouldn’t have sold them. Those boots are over 15yrs old, no foot has been inside them since. So I’m wondering if maybe the glue adhesive diminished over the years? I know this is disappointing, I am truly sorry. Hopefully you get your refund and keep them- try to fix it they are super cute!
