thompsalj Hey, I wanted to ask you if you have tried cleaning the white spot, or if you know what caused it. On the Frye bag. Also, no black piping missing on the edges of the handles? I ask because they start to get stringy if that is missing. I have been looking for one of these for a long time and I want a good one. I don't use the long strap so that doesn't bother me. Thanks!!

kindlyrose @thompsalj hi! i have not tried cleaning the white spot. It seems like it might be powder that could be spot cleaned out. i have examined the handles to the best of my ability and do not see or feel anything missing off of them! the leather wrap is intact and sewn down on both of them. hope you love it!🥰🌹

thompsalj @kindlyrose hi, so there is a smell, not quite like perfume but maybe.sanitizer of some kind? It's pretty strong. If you can let me know what it is, it might help me find something to counteract it. Did something spill in it? It's a nice bag other than that.

kindlyrose @thompsalj hi! i’m so sorry you’re having trouble with that! i am very sensitive to smells, especially with handbags, and i always note any odors under the condition. i did not notice any odor when listing this bag. it was only used a few times and then in climate controlled storage. i wish i could be more help!!🌹🕊
