rosepea, this is cashcat. The package you purchased had one card holder in the vendor box and the 2nd one is wrapped in bubble wrap. I definitely put it in the box. Double check and let me know.

I am not sure where to reach out to you other than here. I am really upset you are saying you only received 1 card holder when I sent two.
