I was just wondering if you have received my package with a Burberry jacket? I’m trying to track it but it’s showed me same status since June 30 th . I sent this package on June 26th you should have received it already:(

@kicia123 Hi dear, unfortunate I did not receive the jacket. I followed up with USPS and they requested a lost mail search. They told me they will email the New York post office for any updates. I am still waiting for their answer. You also can do the same thing to see if you can get any info. In case of anything I will let you know. Thank you for asking.

Hello Helen,
I went to the post office and was told that because of Covid19 everything is deleted. I also opened up the claim with USPS to help us locate the package that I mailed to you on 06/24 hopefully it won’t be long before they respond. This is so frustrating. I’m sorry :(

@kicia123 Hi dear, I was at the post office yesterday as well, I have been told the package research case is closed since 07/09/2020. I will call in few days to get some updates. They told me that they are short in staff because of this so called Covid :(
