janegf Hi Rose, I was packaging up the red J Crew flats to send you and there's a large black scuff on the side that I have no idea how it got there (they've been in storage) so I think it's from another shoe in the box. I think it's permanent and I don't want to sell you permanently damaged shoes. That said, unless you say otherwise, I'm going to cancel your order. So sorry for the inconvenience/hassle but let me know if you're still interested (or want further price reduction!)
