rockycash @rosesunita Hi Rose... Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to your question. When I need an answer from Poshmark, I look at the Frequently Asked Questions. If I don't find it there, I contact Poshmark Support. They are pretty quick in responding. I wish I could be more helpful. Feel free to ask, though. It is nice we can help each other. Poshers are friendly and helpful. Have a good night!

the_charm_chest It is 7 days since I purchased an item from you. The item has not been shipped & you have to have failed to respond with any communication thus far. A polite point of advice when you have listings for sale. In future consider reaching out to buyers to acknowledge / confirm their order has been received, in order to reassure the buyer when you plan to ship. It’s not difficult & requires very little effort on your behalf. Utterly unprofessional & lazy to leave a buyer hanging otherwise.
