macfilly13 hello - I love the Brighton bag that I purchased from you a little over a month ago, but one of the straps has already broken - it's no longer a backpack purse, and has been rendered nonfunctional for my purposes. I'm rather disappointed that it's already fallen apart with light normal use. I'm not overly hard on my bags, and they get minimal use - goes from my house to my car to a cabinet at my work & back.
