laurengon13 @roselyn013 yes! All luxury purchases over $500 get shipped directly for verification, then they ship to you. The process does add a few days, but I like the peace of mind as well. It is definitely authentic though!

laurengon13 @roselyn013 so sorry you didn’t end up loving it. By the handle separating, do you mean the wear on the side of the handle? It didn’t physically separate right? I can’t physically accept the return as Poshmark doesn’t allow me since its in review, but I placed a ticket in for you!

elizamadrigal18 @roselyn013 I feel so bad. Yeah I have all of its paperwork .. the only thing I don’t have is the dust bag. My girlfriend sells a lot of luxury stuff online and she told me the people who do the certification sometimes have trouble with certain brands that aren’t SUPER popular. I guess Loewe is one of those brands. I was also told it might be because of covid that theyre so limited with people working and that’s why it even took so long. I’m really so sorry. I wish I could help. ☹️
