modelchair I just got notice about the shoes. What happened? I am upset that you are feeling they were not as described. I wrapped in tissue then baggie then outer bag and inner padding. If you wish to talk to me, please as I am not clear what is the issue. thank you

crazyshoes1 I don't know what happened in transit. Two of the white jewels were off when I received them this morning. Also the flower was off on the other. It looks like the glue is dried up and brown and they are coming apart. The shoes are beautiful, but it seems there is dry rot on parts of them. thanks.

modelchair @crazyshoes1 I am sorry this happened. I promise you they were shipped as photographed. I did send the extra stones as a courtesy as I have other Rene shoes where after wear they can come loose. I will await their return. I wish to stress that I would never have misrepresented the item if this had been their condition at the get go.

crazyshoes1 I don't believe it was your fault. The box was kind of smashed when it arrived. I think maybe that caused the shoes to loose the stones and the flower because the glue on the shoes have so much dry rot. Things happen, I believe you did not try to misrepresent the item. The shoes are very beautiful, I think they maybe can be fixed by a shoe repairman. Shoes on the way. Thanks

crazyshoes1 @vahine5 Hi. Your box has a shinny coating all over it. It is bubbling at some spots. The seams are unglued at one spot as well. I own several Louboutin shoes with their boxes. I compared the box with them and it's not like them. I submitted pictures showing the box.

vahine5 I have another one for sale that is slightly shinier than usual, has some areas slightly loose from glue coming undone, and the box also has the receipt, the receipt folder, the authenticity card, the thank you card, and the printed logo tissue paper. Fyi, these boxes are lacquered in a factory on an assembly line. The spray varies due to a number of reasons causing some boxes to be shinier than others. In addition, I live in a dry climate. Everything in Arizona eventually comes unglued.
