Hi rosemary... I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the boots... if you look in the booklet it will tell you how to care for them... they are natural rubber so they do cloud.. I oiled them so that’s why in the picture they look different... also you can google how to get the cloudiness out of Burberry boots and there are many good tips.. enjoy!!

@pshackelford both have small scratches but they pissed me off. I did not wear them. I don’t need the money back. Could it have been the package, maybe. But yes they do have both scratches. It’s ok, I don’t want to affect your selling. I wanted to make sure you know I did not scratch them. I am gonna use them myself, not as presents. I have pictures. How can I scratch both. I was getting the Dior eyeshadow ready to ship and noticed there are 2 chips at the back of the blue/pink/white palette. It doesn’t close properly or stay closed. The shadow itself is in good shape. I can reduce the price to $15. Or I can send you another palette with very similar colors. You can see that palette in my other post of 3 palettes.
