Hello. I received your rating for the Coach bag and you stated that a new bag would come with a black tag. I'm sorry, but this bag was listed as a used item, not new, and did not come with any tags. I hope that helps to clear up some confusion. Thank you.

Hello. I do believe the new bags do come with the tag. I was letting you know that this bag was used and was not sold with the tag. I do not know what happened to the tag.
