my3jcs11 Hello. I received your rating for the Coach bag and I am sorry if you thought it was a new item. It was listed as a used item and did not come with any tags. Thank you!

tristry9 You did not list it as new, but it was never used. The inside was immaculate. The straps were stiff & had no particular form yet. However, a Coach comes with a hang tag, This purse is perfect for me &I can buy a hang tag for it. Had you listed it as missing a hang tag, m y bid would have been less.You did get 4 out of 5 stars- it's clear you just forgot the missing hang tag.
