janabee73 Hi. thank you for your Brighton Heart locket purchase! When I was getting out to ship Insa that there was an issue withbthe closure, it is under warranty and I decided to have fixed at the Brighton Official Repair location. It will be a delay in shipment but a necklace in mint condition with authentic repair paperwork. Thank you got your patience.
