shoppapertown @rlozano81 Hi! Thanks for letting me know. Your should have a notification that said it was delivered. Where you would go to accept it- instead of putting any stars, there should be somewhere to click that says something to the effect of “problem with your order?” That will open the case. Then you can select a preset that says wrong item.
