pinklady712 Welcome to Poshmark and happy selling/buying. One tip I found that helped me sell more was to become a Posh Ambassador. If you click on the bottom right on your profile and then go to My Posh Stats, I believe you will see at the top something about becoming a Posh Ambassador. Once you fulfill all of the requirements you will become a Posh Ambassador. Your name will then appear under a special list and you will gain more followers which will hopefully yield more sales for you! Have fun! 🙂

rosie_marq @cait2114 hi, poshmark doesn’t support exchanges, I have had a couple people ship it back to me and then I dropped the price down to $3 for the one they wanted (the lowest that is allowed) and they re-purchased but that was also for more expensive items so I don’t know if that would really be worth it. If you want to ship it back to me I will pay to ship the larger size to you.

I schedule pick ups and see that your order was placed on Tuesday and the package was picked up Thursday, we live in Mass and had a snow storm Tuesday/Wednesday so that would be the reason for the delay, it should be on its way to you now, please let me know if there was something bc else you were referring to.
