hbiorio Good morning. I am sorry you are not happy with your item but my item is as described and as shown it the photos. The strap for the Favorite PM handbag only has one clasp. If you go to the Louis Vuitton website and look at the Favorite PM bag you will see how the strap attaches. It wraps through itself on one end. I pride myself on selling only top quality products and would never mislead anyone about my products.
