rowsman @mlrambo My understanding is that you print the label and send those back to me. Once I let them know that they have arrived then they will put your money back in your account. The shoes will go back up and you can purchase them. I will make sure that I send the right pair next time. I’m so sorry that this happened. I’m horrified that I made such a mistake.
