rowenagriffiths @mylux2u hi there I received the boots and have tried them on they fit perfectly but do need to ask what happened inside the left boot? The leather insole is scrunched up in the front of the boot from the arch area and then forward…. I’m now going to take the boot to a shoemaker to get that fixed so not happy about that as I’m sure you can imagine

mylux2u Hi:) that had 0 to do with me. The boots were sent to Poshmark. That is ridiculous!!!! I am happy to deal with them. If you want to send them back, no problem. Please do so today. rowenagriffiths @mylux2u I’m going to respond to both I did find your response reactive and it could have been more proactive. For some reason (wrongly) you were making the assumption that I wasn’t keeping the boots. I am disappointed you didn’t make a suggestion for compensation to fix the insole so I can keep of them. Whether it was how your daughter wore the left boot or something Poshmark I am the end customer for the boots so require compensation to have the leather insole re glued.
