roxana_nyc @karlsocal it is not adjustable. I've taken it to 3 jewelers. Everyone says the same thing. It cannot be adjusted due to the nature of the construction of the watch

karlsocal The watch is adjustable! Wow, you open a case because you can't figure out how to take links out? I have informed Poshmark to look at my ratings on the sales of these watches. They are all 5 stars. And see how many of them have sold. You can cancel that case review and i will tell you how to remove the links. 🙄

roxana_nyc @karlsocal I opened the case because the watch is not adjustable. I have gone to 3 jewelers. Attempting to strong arm a customer is not good customer service. I just want to return it since I cannot use it.

karlsocal @roxana_nyc If you get the measurement of your wrist, send the watch back to me, I will resize it and send it back to you. These watches are adjustable you just need the right tool to pop the links.

karlsocal @roxana_nyc i think you have to go to your purchases and go to watch and there should be some sort of way to cancel or close dispute.

karlsocal @roxana_nyc Thank you. Here is what i do to remove the links if I don't have my tool kit with me, first, get a hammer, second, grab a pin, preferably a cork board pin or a thumb tac. (I will sometimes use a screw tip to make initial hit to get the link moving and then finish popping it out with a pin) grab a pliers and when enough of the link bar is sticking out get the pliers and pull. The bar will slide out and the links open.

michgoode1 Just wanted to let you know that I tried to call the post office where I dropped your VS blanket in Chicago and of course only get the 1-800 recording. I did type in the tracking number on your label but the recording could only verify that I printed the label on Friday afternoon. I can’t get ahold of anyone to talk with...so frustrating! I will keep trying to see if I can actually talk with someone.
