It took me 2 years to lose the weight but I still have some stubborn weight that I can't seem to lose...lol. Basically, I just really tried to eat healthy but still had cheat meals once a week and started working out five days a week at 9Round kickboxing gym..Its a great gym and has really changed my life! I never liked to exercise until I started working out there.

roxana199318 Aww...yes they are the most loyal dogs! Elle is my second Schnauzer and she never leaves my side. She is just beside herself when I come home, jumping over and over and dropping on the floor the tummy rubs she loves. She is the best. My first Schnauzer was Eddie and he was very loyal too and lived to almost 17 years! Loved him and miss him too.
