warnerbb Hi, Roxanne. I just wanted to apologize for the delay in shipping the boots you ordered. I received a confirmation of pick up on November 1st from the US Postal Service via email, but the online tracking hasn't started from the tracking number yet. I went to the Post Office yesterday (11/4) to see if they could find the package, but the supervisor wasn't in. I will try again tomorrow. My local post office doesn't have the best reputation for being fast.
