lvtrs702 Unfortunately I did not inspect the item thoroughly &missed the issue you experienced. Almost all of my items are donations to support a local charity, so with myself not being familiar with the item like an owner would be I failed to inspect it & sent out an item with defects. I feel terrible and would like to issue a full refund with no return of the item and also offer her store credit if she would even want it. I’m new to selling online & unfortunately have had a rough start.

ronandque Hi Roxanne, Since the blue Jeweled heels haven’t been shipped and I needed them by this weekend could you please cancel this order? I ordered them on May 3rd. I realize extra time was provided but I no longer need these. The wedding is tomorrow and I found other heels to wear at this point. Thank you!
