ariesfire_ Hello. Thank you again for your purchase. Many of my items I pick up from estate sales etc. many are used for my family but I always wash items that are being kept. A trick I found in the past is a few ounces of white vinegar in the wash really helps eliminate any odors. I hope that helps you and thank you very much again. Have a great evening.
