amandaripley @royaltysanders yeah! It depends if you want to grow your poshmark into a resell business, or if you just want to use it to have sort of an online garage sale. I’d recommend looking up YouTube videos about poshmark- bestdressed on YouTube has a great guide to thrifting and reselling! Also, google the poshmark 30 minute method. The more often you share your stuff the more people will see it! I try to share 3 times a day, unless I’m doing the 30mm.

ti_bom Hi, so I finally got around to charging the Apple Pencil and plugging it in (I have a first-gen 12.9in iPad Pro) and the pencil doesn't work. When I plug it into my iPad, I get the dialog to Bluetooth pair it, but then the dialog disappears before I can hit "pair". I've tried charging it fully twice by using the adapter and charging it via an apple charger.

ti_bom I know my ipad works with this generation pencil because I am replacing the one that my two year old twins have lost. I took the pencil (and my iPad) to the apple store and they said that it's a hardware issue and because I didn't purchase it directly from apple there's nothing they could do to help me. I even read online that some people have had luck using a hair dryer on it (??) but I don't want to do anything that might cause it further damage.

ti_bom Is it possible to send it back to you? I have all the original packaging that you sent it with. I know your listing didn't actually say that it worked, but I assumed that because it was brand new there would be no reason for it to be broken. Let me know how we can work this out, I'm really bummed about this.

I couldn't tell you if it worked or not because I have the latest iPad pro and I had to buy the other pencil because throne you bought was not compatible and it was a gift to me. I tried giving it to my mom but it wasn't compatible with hers either. I do want to apologize for it not working properly or i would not have sold it.

royalty_woods2 @ti_bom it was just no way for me to be able to tell if it worked or not with me have a ipad that is not compatible with that particular pencil. usually all sales are final and I wouldn't mind you sending it back but idk how you would get your money back. the money is no longer on my account and I don't do anything for poshmark and money wise outside of the app. I tried that and it was a big issue.

The way you packaged it so nicely (you literally wrapped it like a gift!) and shipped so quickly, I could tell you take your Poshmark sales seriously.

ti_bom If it's ok with you, I can open a case with Poshmark and see if they can initiate a return. I also don't conduct business outside of Poshmark so I'm glad we're on the same page there. I'll keep you posted on the status but if it ends up being a loss on my end, well, that's the way it will be I guess. Thanks for being understanding.

I'm so glad everything worked out for you. if there is nothing that I need to do then you can keep it, sell it if it will work with someone else's iPad or just throw it away if it really is no good because I can't use and I already have the latest pencil that will work with my 2021 iPad pro.
