rh759 Hi, I don't know what you mean by a "flaw" in the zipper of your bag. I zipped and unzipped the bag several times and it was fine. I would never purposely sell an item with a problem without disclosing it.

martinarossyd @rh759 Hi! what I meant by the “flaw” in zipper is a scuffing on the handle zipper that you didn’t mention about, my apologies for the unclear comment. in the future it would be really nice if you could disclose every detail scuffing so we could expect that when the items arrive. I little bit disappointed when it arrived and found out the scuffing on the handle but overall I love the bag. thanks!
