rcruz1119 @ihatyuosmae well the shirt came in good shape and arrived on time, which to me is a good job. A good job warrants a 4 star rating to me. Honestly to get a 5 star I would think that’s going above and beyond, so people that send a thank you card or gift or something showing gratitude get a 5. If I gave a 5 star to everybody then what do I give the people that do alittle extra. Nothing against you at all. Honoring the system.
