samnsebastian @jenscloset01 Thanks, Jen! I'm trying to bundle my sales. My bundle sales icon won't let me swipe it to enable. Any suggestions on how I can do it?

jenscloset01 @samnsebastian are you talking about setting your bundle discount?? While I occasionally have issues with the slide to enable options, after multiple tries it eventually works. Are you using an iphone or android device?? I only ask because sometimes the latter can be glitchy.

jenscloset01 @samnsebastian glad to hear! I've only ever used an iphone but have heard other poshers complain of strange issues on android. Deleting and reinstalling the app can sometimes help as well. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask 😊

samnsebastian @jenscloset01 Hello, Jen. How are you? There was one potential buyer, who seem to just have created an account and wanted me to email him to his personal email. I told him that i don't take transactions offline Poshmark. I also emailed Poshmark support to make them aware. It was suspicious. Should I have done something different? Thanks so much:)

jenscloset01 @samnsebastian you did everything right. If someone is a legitimate buyer they will have no issues with making the purchase right from the app. If you didn't already, I would also suggest reporting their acct as well. That can be done via an option at the top of the page, just reinforces what you already said in your email to support. Odds are you aren't the only one they have attempted an offsite trans with.
