trae3323 @annluggen I’ve contacted PM Support and they stated that they will review this situation and let me know if they approve the refund. They stated it must be reviewed since a complaint was not registered in three days of the purchase and prior to the 4 th day of the sale when funds are released to the seller. So I’m waiting on their decision.
