califoxx @rrussann Hi there! I went over that cardigan up and down and took video and pix of the cardigan next to your shipping label and there were no flaws at all, 100% brand new with tags attached, I have complete video proof. If you had any issues, you should’ve reached out to me or Posh prior to accepting the order. I’m sorry you felt the need to give the rating you did, I don’t know if it’s buyers remorse, but this is the reason I video every order and work hard to keep my 5 star status. Take care.

rrussann @califoxx if I could send you a pic of the two holes I would. One is small and the other one is bigger like it was sliced with something. I don’t have buyers remorse I was just being honest in my review. From the pictures it looked like it wasn’t worn at all. Something had to have gotten to the sweater. One hole in each arm like at the shoulders. Did you buy it at an outlet? Maybe it was there and not noticed before
