ruthiewein Your website isn't user friendly when filtering data. Ie when u pick a size or brand there is no OK button to say done and to tell it to start the filte

maialovetheo Hi there. I got notification from Poshmark that you didn’t received the Ramy Brook dress you bought from my closet. Please reach out to your local Post office as they marked it “Delivered, Front Door/Porch”on 4/11/2022 at 7:32pm. Here is the tracking number if you need it (9405 5111 0934 9479 7268 95) - thanks. The first tracking # that poshmark issued is void because I requested a new one which is the one above.

ruthiewein @maialovetheo if you look sf the tracking info That and another dress was delivered to georgia!!! I sm in NY. Doesnt the label auto print my address? If so this is not your issue but poshmark tech.

maialovetheo @ruthiewein I didn’t realized the address was incorrect, I apologize. I wonder who it went to - and yes, the address label is generated from their end, I only print it. Let me look at it again.

maialovetheo @ruthiewein Oh I only had that - I bought it and was saving to wear for a party but I ended up not wearing because I got pregnant and it didn’t fit anymore. I’m sorry this mix up happened - let me track down the dress. I was able to pull up the postage label and it’s showing Valeria S. from Acworth, Georgia. Maybe I can find her poshmark. I will let you know.

maialovetheo @ruthiewein Hi again. I emailed poshmark asking if they would let me know the poshmark account. I gave them the name and address from the mailing label they gave where my package was delivered to. I was thinking I could reach out to the posher and explain the situation. I’m waiting for a reply. I will keep you posted.

maialovetheo @ruthiewein I finally received an answer to my inquiry and the poshmark representative who helped me said that unfortunately because USPS shows it was delivered, they are unable to provide additional information regarding the whereabouts of the item. Sorry about the dress - hopefully you will find another one here. I’ll keep an eye out 😊
