realbrighteyes @ruthmfasion Ruth, I am so sorry you are not satisfied with your makeup bag! That is the exact condition I purchased it from Nordstrom. It sat in the bottom of a makeup drawer for a few months before it was sent to you but I have never personally used it to store anything. It is never my intention to mislead a buyer! I would have happily offered a return/refund if you had contacted me before leaving a rating. Again, I apologize this one didn't work out! ❤️
