So as a re-cap.1. we sent all of your items in one box and you received them all. 2. we did not get paid because we should have sent the boxes and items individually. so 3. we are gonna send the boxes and put some coupons in the boxes. 4.most importantly you have to accept the boxes when they arrive so we can be paid for our items.

However the size 7 and 1/2 is stamped on the bottom of the shoe as shown in the picture. The fact that they do not fit you is not our fault and we definitely did not deserve such a low rating

sleon382 @ ruthspindler Ruth I am Sheldon Bullock its nice to correspond again. I sent a letter to customer service to check the site to see if the rating you gave was truly deserved. I have been here for a year and if there is the slightest thing that bothers my customers about any item of mine sold i will refund for any reason. but to say i sold you a pair of 6.5 shoes when the shoes are stamped 7 1/2 on the bottom you are not being honest to any extent.

sleon382 @ruthspindler Furthermore, those shoes are a 7.5 not because I say so but because it is stamped on the bottom. That being the case you are not being honest inb what you wrote on your rating and I am gonna have it removed. Additionally, you stated that the wrapping on the items could have been better.Unfortunately this too is embellishment bordering on flat out lying.

sleon382 @ruthspindler I watched my wife wrap neatly, put a bow made with ribbon on each package. Then we you received a thank you note in a card. Paper is always used to ensure the package does not move. Soon because of the likes of you and other who do things like this, I will start to film each shipment to prevent false rating. I DO NOT, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SHOES BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT I S DESCRIBED.
