@mmddboutique I did not receive the duke bag. I received only two wheels in my mailbox with a note from post office that there was damage to to the mail during handling. Please provide me with tracking # so I can go to post office today

@lacostaliving What on earth? I am so sorry, was it the rain?! I don’t understand the wheels. We double boxed the Duke and paid $12 extra for priority as it was 8 lbs+. Hang for tracking.

@mmddboutique I’m at work til 6:00 today. I’m gonna head to see postmaster tomorrow. It appears main label was ripped from box & then put in a clear United States postal bag printed with stating apology for damages?? Very frustrating. I live on a small cul d sac with lots of ring cameras. No bag was delivered. Hoping it’s at the post office???

About how big of a box was it? Even the tracking on USPS site says it was delivered in/at my mailbox 2:22pm yesterday. All I got was 2 wheels

@lacostaliving I don’t understand. at all. the box was 8 lbs, approx 21 inches long x 18 inches high x 16 inches wide. it would not fit in most mailboxes! what are wheels? there were no wheels. This smells foul to me, as if it went “astray” due to human disruption of the chain of custody.
That beautiful bag. I am so sorry and I am so disappointed. I don’t know what to say. PM charged me $18 in shipping, too. And it never reached you?!

I went and spoke to our local post master this morning at our local post office here in Carlsbad. They do not have the bag & San Diego post office does not have the bag? Post master says THE SENDER has to go on the USPS website and FILE A CLAIM. I am sending photos of what I received, copy of the tracking that states package delivered was put in my mailbox and the above info all to support@poshmark
