bea_409 Hi! I just saw your rating, these Birkenstock’s were in excellent condition when sent out! Worn maybe 2-3 times. I don’t understand why they would fall apart? I would suggest you open a case because these may have been left in high temperatures during transit.

ryanautumn @bea_409 If I had to guess they probably did get left in high heat but I'm not sure. It was crazy how the pink leather straps fell apart and the pink cracked and came off. and the soles of the shoes came off in my hands. Sounds like heat.
